She was part of the winning team at the 72-Hour Hackathon during the MMUST International Innovation Conference in April 2026, and is a co-inventor of a patented AI-enabled innovation designed to strengthen Emergency Medical Services through intelligent, technology-driven solutions that enhance emergency preparedness and patient outcomes.

At Emergency-Taai, Milka leads Clinical Data and Emergency Response as the team's Maternal/Obstetrics Emergency Specialist, integrating nursing expertise with data-driven emergency response design.
