Head of Operations | Field Deployment, Partner Coordination, Programme Delivery, Linkage and Partnerships

Dinah Okwiri serves as Head of Operations at Emergency-Taai, providing operational leadership across field deployment, partner coordination, programme delivery, and strategic linkages and partnerships. She is responsible for translating the organization's platform innovation into functioning, on-the-ground emergency response operations, working closely with county field teams, clinical staff, and partner institutions to ensure the timely and reliable delivery of the eKonnect emergency dispatch and prehospital care system.

In her role, Dinah coordinates the relationships between Emergency-Taai and its implementation partners, government agencies, and community health structures, ensuring that programme activities are executed efficiently and aligned with the organization's mission of reducing preventable maternal, neonatal and emergency deaths across Kenya's resource-constrained settings.
